A terrible storm created leaves, pine needles and whatever else landed in our spouting and went into the water tanks that service two of our villas. The water had a tannin colour (although country people on tanks are used to this) and bits of leaves were coming into the spa baths. This particular guest was given the opportunity to re-book and chose to stay give the circumstances and decided to stay. When an upgraded villa with its own private pool and so many extras became available we transferred the guest and she and her partner were very happy. How very disappointing this review is. This guest chose to take advantage of something that was totally out of our control, accept all the extras we gave her, including 2 meal vouchers to a Daylesford cafe where she and her husband could have breakfasts or lunches. The tanks were emptied, totally cleaned out and filled with fresh water so all is good. By the way, here are the comments from the last two guests who stayed in the villa after these guests.
Definitely recommend. We enjoyed the outlook from the spa and the back deck.
